- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
