Delicious sweet ravioli filled with chocolate and fruit.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Mix flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add eggs.
- Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.
- Place filling on half of the squares.
- Brush edges with egg wash and cover with remaining squares.
- Press to seal and cut into shapes.
- Boil ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
- Dust with sugar before serving.
Notes
- Chill the filling for easier handling.
- Use a fork to crimp edges for a decorative touch.
- Serve with whipped cream or fruit sauce.
