Description
A sweet and crunchy snack mix made with Chex cereal and toffee.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Chex cereal, nuts, and pretzels.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and vanilla over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the cereal mix and stir to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Add toffee bits and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use gluten-free Chex for a gluten-free version.
- You can add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
- Store in a cool, dry place for up to a week.
