Instructions

  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Stir in oats and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
