Description

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut into squares.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry beignets until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
