- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted.
- Add the orange zest and orange juice. Mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in powdered sugar to coat.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
