- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in raspberries and powdered sugar.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once set, scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
